B.A.P continue their teasing for their upcoming comeback with “#FF0000“.

On February 14th they have revealed a spoiler image with many possible meanings behind it.

The image is a puzzle with a missing piece, that seems to be a red rose.

One particular element stands out in the picture and that is the tableau on the wall. The painting was created by Jacques-Louis David during the French Revolution and it’s called “The Death of Marat“. Marat, an intransigent patriot and very active during the revolution, was murdered by a young Royalist from Caen, Charlotte Corday, probably for political reasons. The painting is still a real masterpiece and it has a lot of meanings.

Another thing we can notice in the picture is 5th November circled on the calendar. which could refer to Guy Fawkes Night, also known as Bonfire Night, where some Catholics, most famously Guy Fawkes, plotted to blow up James I, the first of the Stuart kings of England. Every year on November 5th English people celebrate the King’s escape from assassination by lighting bonfires and it is also said that ‘Guys’ are burned on that night.

#FF0000” is the colour code for red, which can be associated with the blood shed during the Revolution.

It could be that B.A.P will release a repackaged album and a music video similar to “NOIR” or even more bloody. They seem to combine historical events with art and the contemporary world.

The release date is March 7th. Check out the mysterious picture above and stay tuned for more!
