BBCs, follow me! Block B‘s dorky rapper, Park Kyung, just announced his impeding solo debut!
After the road was cleared by Zico‘s solo releases and BASTARDZ‘s debut, another Block B member is going to make his solo debut into the industry. Park Kyung recently announced through a handwritten letter, his upcoming individual project. He said: “Hi, hi our bees! Keke you’ve been well right?? Rather than talking through SNS like always, I suddenly wanted to deliver my message through a handwritten letter, even though my handwriting is not so good… […] Thank you so much for always being by my side and cheering me on, and to repay you, I’ll soon!! soon!! let you hear a good song. Coming soon ~~ Look forward to it ~ I love you.”
He’s know for his witty personality and excellent rap skills and in the past he had already delighted fans with the solo track “When, Where, What, How” (ft. Jo Hyuna of Urban Zakapa) included in Block B‘s comeback mini album ‘Very Good’. Seven Seasons, Block B‘s and Kyung‘s label, also released a statement about some details of the new track: “Park Kyung directly wrote and composed his solo track by himself, pouring his unique affection and passion into composing. Through this opportunity, he’ll be taking one step up as an artist.”
Kyung‘s debut track will also see the collaboration of a female singer but her identity is still unknown. The release date is set to be September 21st and Seven Seasons have already released online the first two image teasers where we can see the rapper pulling off his famous innocent look while comfortably lying on a giant donut.
