BTS have signed a new record deal with Def Jam Records!

The K-Pop super group, who were previously under Pony Records for their musical ventures in Japan, have now penned a brand new record deal with American record label Def Jam Records. The label will now handle all of Bangtan Boys‘ Japanese activities.

On the matter the label earlier stated: “We are thrilled to welcome BTS to the Def Jam family. It’s remarkable how they have established a strong career in such a short period of time, and we wish them more successes in the years to come.”

BTS‘ first single under Def Jam Records will be a Japanese version of their hit track “Blood Sweat & Tears on May 10th! Details of this was released on the BTS Japan Official Fanclub page. The single will come available in four editions; one regular edition and three limited editions with all songs being of course in the Japanese language – check out the contents of each below!
