YG Entertainment’s hip-hop rookies iKON present their different sides with two new music videos!
Following their explosive debut, iKON continues to quench fans’ thirst with two more tracks, “Apology” and “Anthem” released on November 16th. Both tracks were composed and arranged by Teddy and Kush. And as expected, iKON’s rapper-line consisting of B.I and Bobby acted as lyricists and helped in composing those tracks as well.
Prior to the release, YG Entertainment revealed the teaser images of the boys for their group track “Apology”. The black-and-white photos have dramatic feel and include the quotes from the song, so check them out below!
“Apology” uncovers the emotional side of iKON, since the song has a totally different vibe compared to their usual style of music. The music video is melancholy and sad, displaying the members overcoming pain.
However, in contrast to “Apology”, the second track “Anthem” performed by the first iKON sub-unit of B.I and Bobby represents group’s unique hip-hop style. This is fast and upbeat hip-hop track, where B.I and Bobby are able to demonstrate their rap skills.
In addition to music video releases, the boys from iKON unveiled the dance practice video for “Apology” on November 17th.
