Daichi Miura has first debuted in 1997 as a singer in band during his studies at Okinawa Actor School. He finally left the bands in 2000. Then he decided to come back as a solo artist in 2005 and we must say we are certainly glad he did. Daichi Miura is some king of Genius, he is singing and dancing very well but he is also producing his own song, writing the lyrics and composing the melody, and above that he is even doing his own choreography which are always so nice to watch. In Japan, he has a lot of success, but when you are so talented we cannot wonder why? Even though, he is clearly not that known outside of Japan but Japako Music has discover him and decided to show this talented artist to the world. Because we like this kind of artist, we want to spread the music of Daichi Miura and support him.
Since 2005, he has released 12 singles and 3 albums. I will only mention his album releases here. His first album has been released in January 2006 and was called „D-Rock with U“ where you can find his very first single title „Keep it goin on“. Then, we need to wait 3 years before the release of his second album „Who’s the man“ in September 2009. You can find some famous song such as „Inside your head“ or „Shine“ and „Stay with me“. It’s in 2011 that he releases his third and last album until now. „D.M.“, in this album you can also find some hit song like „Lullaby“, „Black hole“, „Turn off the light“ or „Shout it“. Even though he didn’t release much albums, he had always released a single every year since he started his solo career. It’s already quite an achievement when you that he was able to do a concert at Budokan in 2012.
Live, he seems to make a really great show, he is dancing a lot and giving the best he can to please his public. He has a very big dance crew helping him, but he is not greedy of giving a lot of himself as well. And the best part is that you can hear that he can sing really well even when he is totally tired to have danced so much. All I can say is listen to him, watch his music video and enjoy watching him dance, because it’s really worth it!
