Doukoku is a Japanese visual kei rock duo formed by two brothers in 2007 that hopes to reach people with their music. In fact, their band name means “Lamentation” or “A cry of feelings that cannot be put into words.” Following that concept, they seek to speak through the human soul and express human feelings through their music by incorporating a variety of genres. They keep a heavily rock influenced element, but they have also incorporated pop elements, electro elements, and other elements into their past songs.
