For the week of July 4th, Korean girl group MAMAMOO‘s ‘Pink Funky’ mini album has taken a place on Billboard‘s World Albums Top 10 list.

After MAMAMOO had released their latest mini album ‘Pink Funky‘ on June 19th with a catchy, new song “Um Oh Ah Yeh (음오아예)” and had their fans giggling over the funny and quirky music video, they have been attracting attention outside of their native South Korea.

Less than 2 weeks later, the girls have made their way onto Billboard‘s World Albums Top 10 list for the first time, which is currently topped by Japanese metal trio Baby Metal‘s self-titled album. They are in 7th place, currently beating out another K-pop favorite EXO‘s “Love Me Right: The 2nd album Repackage” album, which is currently in 9th place after having been on the list for the past two weeks.
