Fans of X JAPAN can look forward to March! The group will perform in London and their documentary film ‘We Are X‘ will release in Japan and the UK. Additionally the soundtracks for the film will also be released in March.

The film received lots of love in America, winning various awards, and is introduced as followed:
“Hailed as “fascinating” by the New York Times, WE ARE X is a transcendent and beautifully shot rock & roll story about the most successful rock band in Japanese history, X JAPAN. They’ve sold over 30 million albums, singles and videos combined; sold out Japan’s 55,000-seat Tokyo Dome a record 18 times; and played to tens of thousands of fans outside of Japan. Under the enigmatic direction of YOSHIKI — composer, classically-trained pianist, drummer and the creative force behind the group — X JAPAN has captivated a wide range of admirers as Sir George Martin, KISS, Stan Lee, and the Japanese Emperor-while pioneering a spectacle-driven style of rock music called Visual Kei, a one-of-a-kind cultural phenomenon.”

Now it will also come to Japan and the UK in March, so look forward to it. Below you can check out the Japanese trailer!

Furthermore, the band is set to hold their first major show of 2017 in London. It will be on Saturday, March 4th, #XDAY at SSE Arena, Wembley, London. Tickets are available [HERE]. As previously mentioned, the film ‘We Are X‘ will be shown in UK theatres. It will later be released on Blu-Ray, DVD and Digital HD on April 25th from Magnolia Home Entertainment under the Magnet label in the U.S., Bermuda and Bahamas.
