Seventeen‘s Vernon has released the single “LOTTO” featuring Don Mills as well as “Lizzie Velasquez“!

It seems that P-Type is not the only eliminated contestant that has released a song following his leave on Mnet’s show ‘Show Me The Money 4‘.  Vernon, who was the most chosen contestant that other rappers wanted to go against in the 1:1 battle in the third round, lost against Buckwilds Crew‘s Andup. However, fans already shared that Vernon couldn’t show his full rapping skills on the show, and has now released a solo track showing off his skills.

The track is called “LOTTO” and features VMC‘s Don Mills, while it was produced by 1llionaire‘s Dok2 AKA Gonzo! In this track he states he doesn’t care what people say about him and that he’ll stay positive by just pushing forward.

Also Pledis Entertainment shared, “Vernon is now just 17 years old and has made his first step into the hip hop scene. He might still have a lot of lacking aspects to him, but like the lyrics of “Lotto” say, in one year from now, and twenty years from now, we wonder how much he will improve. Please watch over his potential.”

A few hours ago, Vernon actually shared another track, titled “Lizzie Velasquez” which is the 10th track of Seventeen’s mixtape series. He used the beat of “January 28th” by J.Cole off of his album ‘2014 Forest Hills Drive‘. In the lyrics he states “Got no 2 chainz, just tryna rap true” and more.

The title refers to the American motivational speaker and author Elizabeth Ann ‘Lizzie Velásquez’. She suffers from a very rare congenital disease. One of the effects is that she can’t gain body fat. The reason why she is known is because she was labeled as the ‘World Ugliest Woman’ by cyber bullies. Other effects are that she has limited vision as well as a weak immune system and more. However, she decided to speak out against bullying and has since shown how strong she is. She also wrote about her problems and obstacles she faced, but also shared the importance of happiness.

While “LOTTO” has been released through various online music sites, “Lizzie Velasquez” has been uploaded on their Soundcloud account for free. You can check out the new release below!
